Description
Bronze Stud. This heavy object probably was attached to some piece of furniture or possibly to a saddle altho its weight is considerable. It might have been used on a door as a decoration. A portion of the iron pin by which it was attached is still present. There is a central knob (d .013) protruding from a hemispherical section.
