Description
Small bronze instrument evidently broken from its handle. Circular at the break it develops into a flat, flared, spatula which is slightly bent - probably the reverse end of a writing pen used to smooth the wax - a stylus. There are marks across the implement irregularly placed, not for decoration but to give a better grip. l .060; w .007
