Description
Cat. card sent to Princeton, 1937
Fragment of white marble. Both surfaces are well smoothed and rather heavily coated with lime deposit. The fragment is broken on all sides except at the right; chipping on this side adjacent to the inscribed surface seems to indicate that a shallow groove had been made as a cleavage line for shaping the slab, and that this margin was thenleft [sic] as it was when it was broken, without being smoothed. Seen by the editor.
H. 0.205 m, W. 0.275 m. th. 0.015 m. letters 0.031 to 0.045 m
