The inscription is incised on a marble block which appears to have been either re-used for the inscription, or re-used after the inscription was made, since there are, on the reverse, a long wide horizontal groove and a short vertical one. The right side of the stone is broken; the left side is cut at an angle of 45 degrees. Height 0.14 m. length 0.77 m. thickness 0.09 m. Height of letters 0.03 m. to 0.03 m.
