Description
Fragment of Roman relief lamp with high column like handle rising from center of discus; top of handle missing, of Corinth type XXI and XXII. Soft, fine, pink-buff clay. Traces of red varnish. max d: .058. Part of discus not covered by base of handle is decorated with many petalled rosette. Piercing of one of leaves enabled wick to be pushed up, or served as filling hole.
