Description
Marble broken away at top, and much worn. The scene depicted has been almost completely effaced, but seems to have represented the customary figure reclining on a couch; at the right there is preserved what seems to have been a leg of the couch. The inscription below is placed on a rectangular panel, slightly sunken, at the top of hich there appears to have been a raised border, now preserved only at the left. The right edge of the fragment is certainly complete; the left ede is probably complete, and even if it is not, nothing appears to have been lost from the beginning of the inscription, save in the third line. Height 0.32 m. width 0.247 m. thickness 0.095 m. Height of inscribed panel 0.07 m. Height of letters 0.012 m. to 0.016 m.
