Upper fragment of a limestone stela, rounded at the top. Three lines, centrally placed, the lower of which is broken, are bordered by a highly stylized rinceau, around which is a fourth line; all in florid Kufic. Characters and patterns carved in relief. Most letters, particularly the alif, waw, and mim, marked by lily-like decoration. The whole, framed by a chevron patter, constitutes a sunken panel of letters and patterns in relief.
