Description
Hellenistic lamp Antioch group I. Soft, fine, pure, light-buff clay. Red and black varnish with poor gloss; poorly preserved. L: .077; w: .047; H: .023. Ivy leaf pattern decorates the rim. Found with: plain, deep, red varnished bowl. Late A. Coated with celluloid solution to prevent wearing.
