Part of a late Roman lamp of Antioch group XI; incised at the base; one half on the nozzle side missing. Hard, coarse grained, pink-gray with a few fine inclusions. No traces of any varnish instead partly covered with lime deposit. max d. preserved: .073; h: .037. Stubby upwards curved handle decorated with two grooves on the sides and two rows of incised dots with a large one at the base in between. Inscription: [SYMBOL] Found with: one lamp II AC. late B, C; early Hellenistic and Roman red
