"H. 0.98 W. 1.125 Mosaic pavement of Room 13. Tryphe. Inscribed: [GREEK]
Wavecrest border, red, and white. Inner border, black. Emblema background, light grey. Tryphe: flesh of arm, light pink with pinkish white highlight and light red outline; face, light pink with white highlights, greyish white in the half light, shading into light red and light brown on her left cheek with violet around her chin and on her left side of neck; tip of chin accented with a line of dark violet; eyes indicated in dark violet with dark violet-pink shadow between upper eyelid and eyebrow; lower lids, light brown; pupils, dark violet with fleck of black; her right eyebrow, dark violet, her left, dark grey; her right side of nose outlined in light red with light brown shadow; tip of nose defined by yellow and brown; mouth destroyed except for a few pink, brown, and dull yellow tesseare; ear, pale violet, with earrings of yellow and white tesserae visible on both sides of head; shadow under chin, light brown and dull yellow shading through greyish white and ivory white to white; hair, dark violet shaded in dark grey and black. Wreath, leaves of glass, now disintegrated except for a few traces of light green; ribbon entwined with leaves, light grey; flowers on top of head, red limestone shaded in dark grey, with traces of orange and red glass above, and a row of light pink limestone in the center; at base of cluster, line of white and yellow limestone shaded in brown. Necklace, yellow shaded in brown and reddish brown. Tunic, over her breast in shades of dark blue and dull blue glass, mostly disintegrated; on her left shoulder, drapery is dark violet-pink with orange glass highlights (partially destroyed), and red and dark grey-violet limestone shadows. Clasp on her right shoulder, yellow limestone surrounded by dark blue glass. Bowl, brown with yellow and white highlights and grey-violet shadow; band below rim, dark violet; rim on near side, dark violet changing to dark grey shadow at the right; interior of bowl, brown with white and yellow highlights and a line of green glass visible just above edge of the near rim. "
