Oblong panel bound in black mixed with dark grey, enclosing large, black indented diamonds, each containing a red rosette; triangles between the diamonds have a rosette in black. Black border. Outer crowstep border, red on white. Border with perspective ribbon pattern outlined in white on black ground with white dots, the outside of the ribbon dark and light red and ochre-grey, the inside olive green, green-grey, ochre-grey. Inner crowstep border, red on white. Border edged in mixed black and dark grey enclosing an hour-glass pattern of olive-green, or black mixed with olive green, separated by small red squares. Emblema: background white changing to light grey; backrest on right, deep shadow black and dark grey-brown grading to muddy grey in the light. Amerimnia: himation, edges of darkest folds, dark violet-red or red, dark ochre and dull red in the shadow grading through bright ochre in the half tones to light yellow and white; shadow over her right leg models the garment in dark and grey-ochre; foot, white, outlined in red and grey; tunic, dark and medium green-ochre with black shadows, a patch of grey on her left shoulder, and her right shoulder outlined in dark violet-red; flesh modelled in dark violet-pink shading to light pink; shadow on neck, violet and grey; eyebrows, dark green-ochre; pupils black; shadow at left of nose, dull orange; mouth indicated by one green-ochre, one brown, one violet tessera; light yellow highlight between brows; hair, black and dark violet-red with touches of brown and a violet shadow on the left; garland has green-ochre leaves and violet-pink flowers; object in left hand, violet-pink and black.
