Description
Mosaic floor of room B4. H. 1.20; W. 1.91Outer border very light yellow and pink with a pattern of small rosettes alternately black and red, and indented diamonds black, red, ochre, white, with one or three slate grey tesserae in center. Guilloche border: filed black with white dots; guilloche outlined in black and composed of strands of, a) red shading to white; b) slate grey shading to white. Central panel white with an all-over pattern of rosettes within diamonds made of a series of single heart-shaped petals; rosettes red shading to white with one slate grey tesserae in center; petals red shading to white with slate grey leaves and stems.
