Mosaic floor of room B.I. H. 1.47 W. 1.75Outer border black enclosing large indented octagons, each composed of four elongated hexagons and a square in the middle; the octagons and their sections, outlined in black; the hexagons alternately pinkish and greenish grey; squares, black with green-ochre center. Ground between this border and the next. pinkish and yellowish white. Central panel bound in black and contains a series of squares separated by a scale pattern of red shading to light violet and white. The squares, outlined in black, grade through dark and light ochre to a field that is white or black, the white containing a rosette, the black an interlace; the rosettes are red shading to white, intersected by a dark grey X; the interlace, composed of two loops, a) dark grey shading to white, and b) dark red shading to white; dots, white.
